Randy & Liz,

After the ice storm we experienced in December 2007 we found ourselves needing to find a reputable Auto Body center to make repairs to our Ford Escape. We have never dealt with any of the collision centers in the Tulsa area so we shopped around. We wanted to stay in Owasso for repairs and went to every shop for estimates. When we went to Pruitts, Randy was right in the ball park with price, he took time to answer any questions we had. He told us when he would be able to start the work and approximately how long we would have to leave our car.

Pruitt's did an excellent job. Randy went the extra mile, when he actually started working on my car he found internal damage that wasn't visible when he did our estimate. He called to let us know what he had found and that he had already notified our insurance company that there was more damage than originally thought. He handled everything for us. When we picked up our car it looked just like new. We have had no problems and we had very little down time without our car. Randy kept us informed every step of the way.

If we should ever need any auto body repairs in the future I would definitely use Pruitt's Auto Collision again. They stand behind their work and do what they say they will do.
